Trialist Mukena Again Starts for U23s - Ipswich Town News

Trialist Joy Mukena is again in action for the U23s at Watford, his old club, this afternoon (KO 1pm).

Central defender Mukena was released by the Hornets in the summer after coming through their academy having previously been with Tottenham’s youth set-up.

The 20-year-old played for the U23s in the victories over Bolton and Cardiff - in which he scored - but wasn’t involved in last week’s win at Coventry.

U23s: Przybek, Fehrenbach, Clements, Ndaba, McGavin, Mukena, K Brown, Scott, El Mizouni, Folami, Hughes. Subs: Alley, Z Brown, Gibbs, O'Reilly, Simpson.
