AFC Bournemouth or Barnet Await in Youth Cup if Blues Beat Cardiff - Ipswich Town News

Town’s U18s will face AFC Bournemouth or Barnet away in the fourth round of the FA Youth Cup, if they beat Cardiff City in next week’s third round tie. Adem Atay’s side are in action in the first of two away games against the Bluebirds on successive Saturdays tomorrow morning at the Cardiff International Sports Stadium (KO 11am).

That game is a Professional Development League Two fixture, while the sides meet in the FA Youth Cup at the Cardiff City Stadium in a week's time (KO 3pm).

The Cherries and Bees meet in their round three game at Dean Court on Wednesday evening.

The U18s are currently fifth in the league table, while Cardiff are eight points behind them in seventh having played a game more.
