Thomas Gaardsøe has dedicated his performance at Walsall to coach Tony Mowbray who missed the game due to the sudden death of his father.

The Dane said: "We all feel so sorry for Tony. This win was for Tony, and of course our loyal fans too.

"Tony is such a good guy. He has been very helpful to me. He is always there for me, answering questions and helping me with my game."
