Stand Pillars to Pay Tribute to Fans' Favourites - Ipswich Town News
Town are set to feature a Blues legend on each of the Sir Alf Ramsey Stand’s 12 pillars as part of the ongoing makeover of the stadium.
The club will be making contact with thousands of randomly selected supporters in order to select the 12 players who will be featured on the pillars which run through the concourse.
Town say they are looking for "icons, heroes, legends of the club but across the years, rather than just one era. They don’t have to be the best 12 players - just 12 fans’ favourites.”
The club are aiming to have the selected dozen appearing on the pillars before the end of the season.
