Bent Could Return - Ipswich Town News
Striker Marcus Bent could return to the Town line-up on Saturday as he is nearing recovery from the injury he picked up at Walsall.
Bent's problem appeared to be a hamstring but now it seems he has a nerve problem when he kicks, but he could be ready for the visit to the New Den.
Chris Makin, thigh problem, is likely to be involved in the reserves against Chelsea on Wednesday (KO 7pm, Portman Road) while Mark Venus is a big doubt for Saturday, also with a thigh injury.
Jim Magilton's groin injury is likely to be OK for Saturday's game.
John McGreal (ankle), Martijn Reuser (knee) and
