Burley on Loss - Ipswich Town News

Town boss George Burley was understandably unhappy with his defence after last night's 2-1 home loss to Bradford. He added that if Town don't win games like that then they won't get promoted.

Burley said: "It was the kind of game we should really win. If we don't win them we are not going to get promoted, it's as simple as that.

"I am very disappointed to lose the game and we did not play well as a team. Our defending was very poor."

"We have got to learn life in the First Division is not going to be easy, it will be tough."

He was particularly disappointed with the second goal and the number of freekicks given away around the box.
