Hermann May Still Go - Ipswich Town News

Hermann Hreidarsson may still be mulling over his move to West Bromwich Albion after personal terms were increased recently.

Hermann was pulled out of training yesterday and was missing from the squad last night that thrashed Avenir Beggen 8-1.

West Brom Chief Exec Brendan Batson will be keen to bolster his defence after losing three games out of three so far this season, although admittedly against Manchester United, Leeds and Arsenal!

Earlier in month, however, Brendan did say "He has stressed it has nothing to do with personal terms. He has a young family and is settled in the area. He doesn't want to uproot them as his children are attending local schools and feels at this stage of his career it is best to stay at Ipswich."

Meanwhile sources in the North-West say that Naylor's rumoured move to Stoke is unlikely as he's is regarded as a similar player to highly rated Andy Cook. Boss Steve Cotterill has denied he's interested in taking Bam Bam to the Britannia Stadium.
