Venus a Doubt - Ipswich Town News

Veteran defender Mark Venus is a doubt for Tuesday's home Worthington Cup match with Brighton and Hove Albion.

Venus was tackled badly by Stoke striker Andy Cooke and then collided with Kris Commons while Wayne Brown was already waiting on the sidelines to replace him.

Town will wait and see how the defender's calf recovers over the next couple of days before deciding whether to include him against the Seagulls.
