Matt Hopes to Return - Ipswich Town News
Town skipper Matt Holland hopes that his knee injury will be OK for him to make his return against Derby at Portman Road on Saturday. Holland was injured in a collision with Stoke's Tommy Mooney last weekend and missed out against Brighton on Tuesday.
Holland told the club site: "I've tweaked my medial ligament apparently, and have been having pretty intensive treatment all week but it's improving and I'm confident that I will be available for Saturday."
The Town skipper has made 329 consecutive league appearances for the Blues since joining from Bournemouth for £800,000 in the summer of 1997.
