Portman Road is under going a turnstile revolution with the introduction of a new computerised system costing £18,000. Each turnstile will send information on of entry into the ground and accurate numbers to the Control Room. Work begins next Monday and wil take ten days. Geoff Sheppard, the club's Safety Officer said "We are bringing the turnstile entry system up to the strict safety standards of all other aspects of the ground."
