Academy Sides Lose - Ipswich Town News
Both Town's Academy sides lost to Leicester on Saturday morning, the U19s at home and the U17s away.
The U19s lost 3-1, Robert Dickinson putting them ahead before Leicester took control. The Town side was under-strength with Matt Bloomfield training with the first team while Ian Westlake came off at half-time. Their cause was hardly helped by Matt Robinson's red card for dissent.
The U17s fell to a 2-0 defeat in the east Midlands.
