Reports this afternoon say former Sunderland manager Peter Reid has admitted that talks are ongoing between Town and himself. We reported this morning that Town were looking to Reid to be George Burley's replacement.
Although Reid has not as yet been quoted on the matter, the report says he has he has been approached by the Blues but that nothing is yet settled.
That fits in with what we have learned regarding the situation. Reid is amongst those to have been targeted by Town and personal terms are likely to be the matter under discussion.
