Reserves Lose - Ipswich Town News
Town's second string lost 2-0 to a very strong Arsenal side at Barnet last night. The Gunners included Robert Pires and Giovanni van Bronckhorst along with a number of other experienced players.
The goals were scored by Pires and Edu while Richard Logan came closest for Town when he hit the crossbar.
Involved for Town were first teamers Fabian Wilnis, Wayne Brown, Darren Bent, Tommy Miller and Finidi George while Erdem Artun was pressed into action after his return from a loan spell at Doncaster.
