Donachie to Join - Ipswich Town News
Reports in Yorkshire say Willie Donachie is set to join Town today once the Blues and his current club Sheffield Wednesday can agree compensation. Wednesday have confirmed that talks are ongoing and are unlikely to stand in his way.
Donachie has been Joe Royle's assistant at Oldham, Everton and Manchester City and played alongside him at Maine Road.
Like Royle, Donachie is likely to be appointed on a two-and-a half year contract with bonuses based on promotion and other successes.
