Wright Decision Today - Ipswich Town News
Usually reliable sources are indicating that today will see Town make an announcement on the future of England keeper Richard Wright. And the clever money seems to be on the 22-year-old failing to put his name on a new contract and therefore being put on the transfer list. Most were expecting Town to make an announcement tomorrow when Wright was due to come back to manager George Burley after speaking to him last Friday. Wright has one year of his contract left and Town want to avoid him going abroad on a Bosman or at a reduced fee to another UK club.
