Two Win More Caps - Ipswich Town News

Town defender Hermann Hreidarsson and skipper Matt Holland were both involved in friendly internationals on Wednesday evening.

Hermann captained Iceland and won his 46th cap as his side lost 2-0 to Estonia in Tallinn, the goals coming from Kristen Viikmae and Thomas GaardsÃ¸e's former AaB Aalborg team-mate Andres Oper.

Town's number five-shirt had been substituted prior to both goals and probably enjoyed the game immensely given that it was played in snow.

Holland's Ireland drew 0-0 with Greece in slightly more pleasant conditions. The Town skipper played the full 90 minutes as he won his 27th cap.
