Swimmer, midfielder and now pundit Ian Westlake is the star of the latest TWTD-Blue Monday Podcast collaboration.
Clacton-born Westlake, a talented swimmer as a youngster, came through the academy alongside the likes of Darren Bent, Darren Ambrose and Matt Richards and was a member of Joe Royle’s side which twice made the play-offs before moving on to Leeds United.
This season, the 38-year-old has been back at Portman Road as a regular co-commentator on iFollow.
