Buabo Signs First Pro Deal - Ipswich Town News
Striker Gerrard Buabo has signed his first professional deal with the club.
The second-year academy scholar, 17, who made his senior debut for Town as a late sub in the 2-0 Papa Johns Trophy victory over Arsenal’s U21s in September, has put pen to paper on a three-year contract.
A regular in the U21s this season, Buabo spent time on loan at Bury Town last term having joined Town as an U16 in early 2021.
As reported on Thursday, academy forward Nico Valentine has also signed a three-year deal.
