Town’s U18s exited the Premier League Cup following a 2-1 defeat to Middlesbrough at Rockliffe Park this morning.
Northern Ireland U19 international Rio Oudnie-Morgan, who made his debut for the U21s as a sub yesterday, put the young Blues ahead in the fifth minute but Law McCabe hit back on 28 and 60 to claim the three points for the Teessiders.
The defeat saw the Blues drop to third in the group with West Brom topping the table having thrashed Stoke City 5-0 in the other fixture.
