Holland and Milton Appointed Club Ambassadors - Ipswich Town News
Town have appointed Matt Holland and Simon Milton official club ambassadors with immediate effect.
Former skipper Holland, 48, and ex-midfielder Milton, 59, who worked at the club for 30 years on and off the field before leaving to run the Futurestars charity in 2017, represent the ITFC Former Players Association and in part will work to maintain links with other ex-Blues.
"This decision comes off the back of the selfless support both have provided to the club since we arrived,” CEO Mark Ashton told the club website.
"Matt brings a wealth of experience working closely with the national media on a frequent basis, which will assist heavily with the launch of TownTV next season.
"Simon brings his experience of fantastic charity work and assisting in various PR opportunities across numerous departments.
"We will look to continue the growth and partnership of the Former Players Association as these roles progress.”
