Tabloid reports at the weekend claim that Hermann Hreidarsson may be a target of both Everton and Birmingham City come the January transfer window. Hreidarsson has been one of the most consistent performers for Town this season.
Whether there is anything in either story remains to be seen, however, with Joe Royle keen to bring Paul Gerrard to Portman Road permanently, interest from Everton in Hreidarsson may have an effect on any proposed deal.
