Defender Wayne Brown is attracting attention from a number of Nationwide League clubs after being offered a free transfer by Joe Royle. Brown is in talks today with Watford but the Hornets are facing competition for his signature.

Gillingham have enquired about him while Wimbledon are also interested. The 25-year-old spent a successful loan spell at Selhurst Park last season prior to his equally decent period at Watford.
