Marshall Boost - Ipswich Town News
Dropped Town keeper Andy Marshall has received a boost from manager Joe Royle after being told he will play in next Wednesday's Worthington Cup match against Liverpool at Anfield.
Marshall was due to be involved in tonight's reserve match at home to Spurs but Joe Royle has changed his mind: "I've decided against that. Young James Pullen will play in goal for the second team again. I want Andy to play at Anfield next Wednesday evening.
"His attitude has been excellent since Paul Gerrard came and I want him to face Liverpool. Everton probably won't want Paul cup-tied anyway, but, whatever the situation, I want to play Andy in this Liverpool game."
