Reuser's Mind on Town - Ipswich Town News

Martijn Reuser says his mind is firmly on Town despite the renewed attentions of Charlton manager Alan Curbishley. The Charlton boss watched Reuser,a loan target earlier in the season, at Portman Road on Wednesday night.

The Dutchman was pleased with his display which manager Joe Royle said was much better than at Nottingham Forest last week. The former Ajax man said: "I don't know if Charlton are still interested, but at the moment my mind is only on Ipswich.

"This was only my second game back after being out for nearly three months and it was another important step for me."

Joe Royle was also impressed with Richard Naylor's display at the back: "He hardly put a foot wrong. Considering he as up against such players as Rebrov and Ferdinand, it was a very good night for him."
