Gerrard Injured! - Ipswich Town News
On loan Town keeper Paul Gerrard has suffered a freak injury in training and has returned Goodison Park. Andy Marshall will take over between the sticks against Watford on Saturday.
With a deal to keep Gerrard at Portman Road all but done, the Everton keeper turned awkwardly and dislocated his kneecap in Friday training.
The injury has prevented his loan spell being extended and given Andy Marshall an unexpected opportunity to try to win back a regular place in the Town starting line-up.
