Holdsworth Linked - Ipswich Town News
Veteran striker Dean Holdsworth is being linked with Town and a number of other First Division clubs. Holdsworth, 34, is surplus to requirements at Bolton Wanderers and is currently on loan at Coventry City.
The Sky Blues are thought to be favourites for his signature with Wolves, Wimbledon and Town also said to be interested.
Cash-strapped Town are more likely to be in the market for loan signings rather than permanent deals at present. The recent negotiations with Ashley Ward fell through due to Town's unwillingness to sign him long-term.
