Permanent Logan Deal? - Ipswich Town News
Town manager Joe Royle says that Neil Thompson's Boston side are looking to sign Blues' striker Richard Logan on a permanent basis. Logan has scored five goals in five appearances since moving to York Street on loan a month ago.
Royle said: "They want to take Richard Logan, we're talking at the moment about another month's loan just to see us over the period whereby they can try and agree a contract with him.”
Town have made Logan available on a free transfer, however he still has another year-and-a-half remaining on his contract at Portman Road. This could prove a stumbling block for the Lincolnshire side as it is likely to far exceed what they are able to offer him.
