Glass Story Denied - Ipswich Town News
Town chairman David Sheepshanks today denied any interest from Town in Newcastle winger Stephen Glass. Sheepshanks denied speculation of interest in the Scotsman and so the identities of the two international Town targets mentioned by George Burley last week still remain a mystery. The Town chairman also hinted that even though George Burley is away on holiday at the moment Town fans should not rule out some movement on transfers in the next few days. He also suggested that there had been no new moves on the Richard Wright situation.
