Orient to Move for Miller - Ipswich Town News

Leyton Orient manager Paul Brush is as expected set to make a move for released Town central defender Justin Miller. The South African has been told that his contract at Town will not be renewed when it runs out at the end of the season.

The Leyton Orient official website reported this afternoon: "Paul Brush has re-affirmed his interest in signing Miller, and revealed he would be talking to his agent as soon as he could. "

Miller spent three successful loan months at Brisbane Road before Christmas, at the end of which Brush wanted to sign the South African permanently. Town turned down the bid while the player wanted to stay to show new manager Joe Royle what he could do.

However, as he departed Brisbane Road Miller did make it clear that if he wasn't going to stay at Town, Orient would be his likely destination: "It'd be silly to go anywhere else."
