Town boss Joe Royle has admitted that his scouts have been keeping an eye on Inverness Caledonian Thistle striker Dennis Wyness. However, with finances as they are no move is imminent.
Royle says of the Scot: "We are aware of him but he is not on our list of priorities. We are not in a position to bring someone in."
The 25-year-old Aberdeen born striker has scored 20 goals in 26 appearances for Caley this season. Wyness started his career with his home town club before joining his current side in January 2000 on a free transfer.
