Hogg in England Action - Ipswich Town News
Young central defender Chris Hogg has been in England U18 action this week at the Meridian Cup in Egypt. So far Hogg's side have won one and drawn one in the eight team tournament.
On Saturday England beat Burkina Faso 3-2 and on Monday they drew 1-1 with Mali, the African side scoring late on after Hogg had hit the bar shortly after England's goal.
England are in action again today, facing the hosts in Ismailya. The final match on Saturday sees Hogg's side take on Nigeria.
The Meridian Cup is played between four African and four European nations. Each side takes on the four teams from outside their own continent.
