Town Appoint New Head of Analysis - Ipswich Town News

Town have appointed Jamie Osman as their new head of analysis as part of a summer shake-up of that department.

Osman, who started with the Blues in pre-season, was previously with West Ham for 13 years, working his way up from the academy to head of performance analysis, a job he was appointed to in January but left following the managerial change at the end of last season.

As a result, Will Stephenson, who has been at the club for more than 10 years, has moved from his lead first-team performance analysis role to head of first-team recruitment (analysis).

Head of recruitment Sam Williams left for a position at Manchester United at the end of last season with his role understood to have been absorbed into a number of other roles.

In addition, Town have also appointed Cillian Callaly as a first-team analyst.

Callaly previously worked in a similar role at Arsenal having been an academy analyst in the Gunners’ academy prior to that and having had spells with Brighton and with the Blues as an intern.

Long-serving physio Alex Chapman left the club at the end of last season after 15 years.
