Delap and Hutchinson in England U21s - Ipswich Town News

Town duo Liam Delap and Omari Hutchinson have been named in the England U21s squad for the final Euro 2025 qualifiers against Ukraine and Azerbaijan.

The England youngsters take on the Ukrainians at Bournemouth’s Vitality Stadium on Friday 11th October and then the Azerbaijanis at Ashton Gate on Tuesday 15th October.

Delap has previously won seven U21s caps, scoring one goal, while Hutchinson is yet to win a cap at his level having played for the England U17s and U19s and having won two senior caps with Jamaica in friendlies.

Last month, Hutchinson received his first U21s call but was forced to pull out of the squad due to injury.

Ukraine are top of the group with England second and Azerbaijan bottom.
