Striker/defender Richard Naylor remains a doubt for the Blues with gastroenteritis. The Yorkshire-born player has missed training thoughout the week due to the illness.
Town continue to wait on the fitness of John McGreal (back) and Marcus Bent (hamstring) with their prospects becoming clearer in the days leading up to the game.
Naylor isn't the only person at Portman Road currently unwell. Nabil Abidallah has been suffering from the same illness as Naylor while chairman David Sheepshanks has been off work since Tuesday with a chest complaint.
