Academy Scores - Ipswich Town News
Town's U17s made a dramatic comeback from 3-1 down to draw 3-3 at Fulham on Saturday morning.
Goals from the very impressive Craig Reid and two from midfield player Daniel Flack won Town a point. The result was particularly good given that Town fielded only five full-time Academy players and several 14-year-olds.
Despite the first team fielding four players eligible for the U19s this weekend - Darrens Ambrose and Bent, Matt Richards and Dean Bowditch - the senior Academy side won 1-0 at Bristol City, the goal coming from defender Lee Beevers.
