Town Women Return to League Action Away Against Gwalia - Ipswich Town News
Ipswich Town Women return to FAWNL Southern Premier Division action for the first time since the start of December when they take on Gwalia United at Newport Stadium this afternoon (KO 1pm).
The Blues have dropped down to second following their long league hiatus, three points behind Hashtag United but with three games in hand, however, Town will hope to return to the top today with the Essex side not playing.
Gwalia, known as Cardiff City Ladies until the start of this season, are second bottom of the table having taken nine points from 12 matches this season.
