£5m for the Darrens? - Ipswich Town News
The latest link between the Darrens and Newcastle United claims that the Magpies will offer the Blues £5 million for the services of the two 19-year-olds in the summer.
Newcastle made a £3 million bid for the pair plus Matt Bloomfield last month which was rejected. A further offer of £3 million for just Ambrose and Bent was also turned down.
It is likely that a number of Premiership clubs will be interested in the England U21 pair in the summer.
