Sereni's Brescia Win - Ipswich Town News
On loan keeper Matteo Sereni continued his clean sheet grabbing form on Sunday, his Brescia side winning 1-0 at home to struggling Torino.
Sereni's side are now 11th in Serie A, seven points off the relegation places with nine games to play.
Town's other season-long loanee Ulrich Le Pen was not in action with Strasbourg this weekend as it was a cup week in France and they went out in an earlier round.
The year-long loan agreements, as well as financial considerations, mean that the Blues cannot call either player back this season.
Town negotiated fees for Sereni and Le Pen payable next summer if their loan clubs then wish to sign them permanently and have the cash to do so.
