Two Goals for Dicko - Ipswich Town News
On loan midfielder Robert Dickinson scored two goals for Boston reserves as they defeated Scunthorpe 4-2 on Monday night. Dickinson and Town defender Lee Beevers joined the Pilgrims on loan on deadline day after they were told they are being released by the Blues in the summer.
Former Town full-back Neil Thompson is manager at Boston and he was also in the side as Dickinson scored his goals and set up another for Simon Weatherstone.
Beevers also played the full 90 minutes. Both players will hope to join ex-Town striker Richard Logan at York Street permanently and have so far played three reserve games for the Lincolnshire club.
