Town have announced the reserves side ahead of tonight's game at home to Watford (Portman Road, 7pm). Alun Armstrong is the only senior player involved with the academy once again supplying most of the players.
On the bench is Arsenal trialist Alfie Kamara. The youngster is likely to get the chance to join the Town academy in the summer. Kamara, who impressed for the Town second string against West Ham recently, is a Sierra Leone-born former England U15 and he plays at either central defence or midfield. He has also had a trial at Leicester City.
