Town skipper Matt Holland captained Ireland to a 1-0 victory over Norway at Lansdowne Road on Wednesday night. It was the Irish's first home win for over a year.
Holland played the full 90 minutes of the friendly, the winning goal coming from Damien Duff after 17 minutes.
