Offer on New Away Shirt - Ipswich Town News

Town and Powergen are making the new away shirt available at a cheaper price of £27.99. The shirt is the same as last year's change strip but with the Powergen logo replacing the TXU Energi branding, Powergen having taken over TXU.

The new away shirt goes on sale in the club shops on Saturday 10th May. Club commercial director Paul Clouting says of the deal: "This offer maintains our commitment to fans, that should we have to change our shirt sponsor during its two season lifespan, then we will take steps to discount the replacement.

"With Powergen's support we are delighted to have been able to agree such a favourable offer on the new away shirt.

"We've already forged an excellent relationship with Powergen and we very much look forward to working with them to create similar promotional opportunities in the future.”

Powergen's sales and marketing director, Paul Parmenter added: "We recognise that we've a duty to look after the fans, particularly as the away shirt is being changed a year earlier than it otherwise would.

"We've therefore worked very closely with the club to develop the best possible offer we can.”

In addition to this offer the club are offering both new shirts together at a discounted price. Pre-order the pair before close of business on Thursday May 8th and the away shirt will cost £20 for an adult shirt and £15 for a child size.
