McGreal Back in Training - Ipswich Town News
Town defender John McGreal is back in training after missing much of last season with a series of injuries.
The 30-year-old picked up his first knock at Brighton, then returned too early and picked up a back problem. After recovering from that he was progressing well until he injured his medial ligament again in a reserve game against West Ham.
McGreal told the club site that he was less than impressed with the way last season went: "The whole year was a bit of a nightmare for me on the injury front but I am determined to work hard through the summer and get myself back to full fitness for the new season. That is what is driving me on now."
