Spurs-Matt Link Refuted - Ipswich Town News
Reports that Spurs are set to match Portsmouth's £750,000 bid for Matt Holland have been refuted by Town boss Joe Royle.
Last week Town accepted Pompey's offer and stories over the weekend indicated Tottenham interest in the Blues' captain.
However Royle says it is news to him: "Spurs have had plenty of time to come in for Matt and we haven't heard from them. As far as I'm concerned he's going to Portsmouth and that's that."
