Bent in England Action - Ipswich Town News
Town striker Darren Bent could win his third England U21 cap this evening when David Platt's side take on Slovakia in a European Championships qualifier at the Stadium of Light.
Bent will probably be on the bench, as he was for last week's friendly against Serbia and Montenegro in Hull, when he scored the winning goal in the closing stages.
Once he returns from international duty Bent will sign his improved deal at Portman Road. Both he and Matt Richards have said they are happy with their new contracts and want to stay at Town.
Tonight's game is live on Sky Sports One from 7.30pm and kicks-off at 8pm.
