Another Director to Quit - Ipswich Town News
A second Town director is set to follow Lord Ryder out of the Portman Road boardroom. Ryder's departure was reported yesterday, with the former Tory whip understood to have been considering his position for some while.
The board will convene next week for one of their regular meetings but both directors have already made their intentions to leave clear to chairman David Sheepshanks, who tried unsuccessfully to change their minds.
Sheepshanks announced at the weekend that he would be bring in new board members, although he made no mention of directors leaving and is yet to comment on the departures.
