Hreidarsson Press Conference Thursday - Ipswich Town News

Town will parade new signing Herman Hreidarsson on Thursday, subject to his medical. The Icelander, already nicknamed The Hermannator, returns from international duty, before doing the shirt/scarf on the pitch thing.

Richard Logan has been called up for the England Under-18 squad for the game against Israel on September 1st. George Burley said of the young striker who recently signed a four year deal at Town: "Richard is one of the most promising youngsters in the country and this call up speaks volumes for the boy’s talent at Under-18 level."

Town's Away Match Passport scheme seems to be in some disarray. We have had a number of emails from fans claiming that they are expecting tickets via the scheme and are yet to receive them. One fan said that he had called the club last week and had been told that he definitely had a place on the scheme, limited to 1000, but that no ticket had as yet turned up. Since then he has been unable to get through to the club on the phone and his email to the club has gone unanswered. Anyone else having problems, please send us a mail.
