Gaardsøe Misses Tour - Ipswich Town News
Danish central defender or midfielder Thomas Gaardsøe is out of Town's tour of Scandinavia. The former AaB Aalborg man sustained an ankle injury in the Southend game.
Gaardsøe told the club site what happened: "I went over on my ankle after going for a header and the physios have ruled me out of the tour."
Meanwhile, Nabil Abidallah has been added to the travelling party as cover for the injured Jermaine Wright. The midfielder has a groin injury.
