Share Issue Process Start - Ipswich Town News

Ipswich Town Football Club have announced that they have started a process of reorganisation in order to offer public shares in a new holding company called Ipswich Town Plc.

The shares are planned to go on offer in October 2003 and anyone wishing a prospectus at a later date are encouraged to register by emailing the club at publicofferofshares@itfc.co.uk with your name, full address and email details.
