Gaardsøe Gone for Talks - Ipswich Town News
Town defender Thomas Gaardsøe travelled this morning to the West Midlands to discuss his proposed move to West Bromwich Albion. The Baggies had a reported £500,000 offer accepted by Town yesterday.
Gaardsøe says he is as yet undecided whether he will stay or go: "At the moment I am still a Town player. I know they need the money, but the deal has to be right for me to go.
"I feel a bit sad and confused. I love the Ipswich club, the players and the fans, but the offer has been accepted and I will now talk with Albion."
The Danish U21 international has travelled to the Hawthorns along with agent Jarven Aabrink to talk terms with Albion chairman Jeremy Peace.
